We’ve spent the past couple of days running Salesforce.com through our center of gravity analysis. It turns out that Salesforce.com has significant short term exposure to attack. Several events and/or situations will open up vulnerabilities in the Salesforce.com business model led by the distraction and dilution of effort generated by the Appexchange launch and attacks from the Oracle/Siebel axis of confusion.

These events/situations when combined with structural flaws in the industry and the Salesforce.com business model, signal an immediate opportunity, that if properly exploited by a smaller, privately-held enterprise,
could lead to the dislodgement of Saleforce.com’s leadership position in
the on-demand CRM category. We have put together a Mobilization specifically for CRM vendors with the appetite and urgency to attack and dislodge Salesforce.com.

This is how a Mobilization works. During the Mobilization we will introduce the Art of Attack to the vendor’s management team and then shape a plan of attack based upon their business model relative to the vulnerabilities of Salesforce.com. At the end of the Mobilzation the CRM vendor will have a plan designed to attack and dislodge Salesforce.com.

The cost of the Mobilization is $9,950. Click here for general information on our Mobilizations. Click here for information on our campaigning services including a case study of a similar campaign and details on our proprietary methodology. Call 415.457.8449 or email me with any questions and/or to book the Mobilization.
