We’ve been sorting through the hype and reality of Web 2.0 for the past several months. As indicated in this blog many times, we are always on the look-out for anything that can make us more competitive campaigners. Many of the tools and technologies being pitched today as Web 2.0 fall into the category of stupid pet tricks. But there are also some genuinely new and effective Web 2.0 tools that we are adopting or integrating into our Attack Engine. For those of you just getting up to speed on Web 2.0 there are a couple of interesting sources to look at. First is Tim O’Reilly who helped coin the concept of Web 2.0 and the second is Nicholas Carr, a healthy skeptic.
