As it turns out we’re all three. We use salesforce.com to drive some of our campaigns. We’ve developed a prototype app for the AppExchange and we can resell SFDC into our client base. So while I was at Dreamforce, I was continually trying to figure out my identity – because the tracks and talks were determined by customer, developer or partner labels. I think this confusion is indicative of the enormous potential of AppExchange. SFDC needs a new category called "all of the above" to fit the needs of those of us who are customers, developers and partners and more importantly to encourage customers to become developers and partners.
